Daniel Connolly:
Born in 1970 Dan has an MBA from London University, he has a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from The University of Kent at Canterbury and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust Diploma.
He has been involved in the international wine business since 1995, five years of which were spent as the International Sales Director responsible for the world-wide sales and marketing of Quinta do Noval, one of the great port wine brands.

 

Prior to this he managed the fine wine sales to the United States and Asia for Bibendum, the London based merchant.
In the mid-90’s his love of Burgundy wines and his Burgundian cousins took him to Beaune where he worked as PR manager with Louis Latour the well known négociant.
He enjoys most sports, loves cooking and keeps pigs.
Dan is married with three sons and lives in Fife, Scotland.

Manoël Bouchet:
Born in 1972 Mano is a frenchman from Burgundy.
He graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion de Paris (Business School), majoring in marketing, finance and international trade.
He has 10 year’s experience in the wine industry (both wine & casks) particularly in relation to business development in export and domestic markets, brand building, logistics and financial expertise.

He is an expert on Burgundy wines, but has an extensive knowledge of other major wine-producing areas in France, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Chile and the EU.
Manoël enjoys rugby and golf and is a very keen cook.
He is single and lives in Burgundy, France.
